Advent is an exciting time, where we pray, fast and perform acts of kindness to others as we await the coming of Our Lord.

It is a time where we prepare oursevles spiritually for  change. Through the weeks ofAdvent we reflect on experiences of Hope, Peace, Joy and Love that give us a glimpse of our best selves.

By reflecting on our year and taking action, we strive to become people of great love, reflecting the embodied example of Jesus.
